Warranty
The Replacement Power product warranties exist in two overlapping forms. The
first is the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, the second is the One Year Limited
Warranty. We also provide Guaranteed Same Day Shipping for orders received in
the morning and early afternoon.
Since all warranty transactions are time sensitive, the customer is required to
fully inspect the product upon delivery. Be sure to retain any packaging
materials in good condition since they may be required in order to process a
return.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Replacement Power will accept returned merchandise within the first 30 days
after purchase on a no-questions-asked basis according to the following
conditions:

All returned packages must include a Replacement Power RMA (Returned
Merchandise Authorization) Number. This number can be acquired by contacting
the Customer Service Department.

All original packaging, software, manuals, documents, etc. must be included
with the returned merchandise.

The Returned Merchandise must be received in its original packaging and the
packaging must be intact and undamaged. Absence of the original package will
void the guarantee.

Returned Merchandise cannot be damaged or altered in any fashion (including
removing any product labeling). Failure on this will void the
guarantee and warranty.

Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance fees. Uninsured items
damaged in shipping will void the guarantee.

Returned items that are functional, undamaged and free of defects will generate
a restocking charge of $15.00 or 15% of the original invoice amount, whichever
is greater.

The refunded amount will consist of the invoice amount of the item, less the
restocking fee. Original charges for shipping, handling, etc. will not be
refunded.
One Year Limited Warranty
Replacement Power warrants your product against all defects in materials and
workmanship. This warranty is effective on the purchase date of the product and
expires one year from the original purchase date.
Remedy: Replacement Power, at our discretion, will either repair or replace
your product free of charge. Replacement Power will not pay shipping charges
that you incur for sending your product to us.
Warranty Exclusions: Warranty does not apply to your product under any of the
following conditions:

The serial number has been removed or modified.

Your product has been subjected to misuse or damage (including water damage,
physical abuse, and/or improper installation).

Your product has been modified in any way.
-
Your receipt or proof-of-purchase is from a non-authorized dealer or internet
auction site including E-bay, U-bid, or other non-authorized re-sellers.
To obtain warrant service:

All returned packages must include an Replacement Power RMA (Returned

Label the outside of the package clearly with your Return Authorization number.

Limitation of warranty
Except as expressly provided herein, you are acquiring the product "as is" and
"where is", without representation or warranty. Replacement Power specifically
disclaims any representation or warranty including, but not limited to those
concerning the merchantability and suitability of the product for a particular
purpose. Replacement Power shall not be liable for consequential, special or
incidental damages including, without limitation, damages arising out of the
use or misuse of the product.
The above limitations or exclusions shall be limited to the extent they violate
the laws of any particular state. Replacement Power is not responsible for
products lost in shipment between the owner and our service center.
Other legal rights: This Warranty gives you specific rights. You may have other
legal rights, which vary, from state to state.
